• Different attraction or model of attraction bookings are not covered by the Personal Guarantee Program, but are still covered by our Best Price Guarantee.

• Better or lower rate found must be found online for the same type of attraction or package as booked through www.moonwalksforfun.com for the same dates and times.

• Moonwalks for Fun Personal Guarantee Program applies only to rates available to general. Special discounts, memberships or other rates not available to the general public. Military, government rates do not qualify and will not be backed by our personally guarantee program.

• Personal Guarantee Program does not apply towards any special programs already established through set programs: reward, referral, coupon promotions, transferred or events won through contest.

• Moonwalks for Fun personally guarantee program applies only to the attraction and does not include any charges for Taxes and service fees charged by Moonwalks for Fun.  Travel fees or additional fees may apply.

• At the time you contact us, the lower rate and attraction must be available for booking.

• All claims will be reviewed and Moonwalks for Fun will, at its discretion, determine whether you have all requirements for a refund.  All decisions made are final. All information will be collected on a secured server.

• Refunds will be processed by check within 30 days of confirmation of the claim. Postage cost will be deducted from claim refund.

• Additional restrictions may apply. Moonwalks for Fun reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified or incomplete information has been provided to get refund or adjustments guaranteed. Moonwalks for Fun does reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
