If you need to cancel Moonwalks for Fun will charge 25% of your total event is you cancel your event for any reason other than weather, this is NON REFUNDABLE! In the event that the weather cancels your special day, you will be charged 25% of your total event and it transfers to a future dated event and which it is applied.

In the event that there is bad weather (rain, storms etc.) and we will not be able to set up your unit we will hold a reservation in your name for a future date and charge 25% to hold that reservation. (The alternative is a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.)

Our large inventory allows us the freedom to be lenient with time. Just let us know your schedule and we’ll do the rest!

Moonwalks for Fun reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph) . We will call you on the morning of your party to confirm your reservation. At that time you will have the option of canceling your booking. If you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions and the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds.

The hourly rental program is for birthday parties only and applies to the Wichita area. There is a $7.00 delivery fee that applies to all hourly rentals.

You must reserve your party by credit card or bring in 25% of your total event in cash. We accept Cash, Visa, Master card, Discover card and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will be charged 25% of your event total the day you make your reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of your event by cash or credit card. If your event is for a company, church or school we can send you a direct bill. Your outstanding balance must be paid within 30 days of the event date. Failure to do so will result in 15% interest being applied every 30 days until payment is received in full.

We deliver and set up all inflatable units and insure their cleanliness before your party starts. We also make certain that the units are in good working condition and we test them for safety after setup. We provide free delivery and setup for Wichita KS and select surrounding cities. Some cities may have a delivery fee.
