Entries to the contest can be made in these 3 ways: by renting any inflatable attraction from Moonwalks For Fun; by referring someone who rents an inflatable attraction from Moonwalks For Fun or by completing this entry form. The rental of equipment is not necessary to enter this drawing.

The drawing will be held on or after November 1, 2008 at the corporate office of MoonWalks For Fun, 1228 Florence Ave, Wichita KS. It is not necessary to be present to win this prize. Prize will not be awarded in cash. Prize is not transferable. Prize must be redeemed between Jan 1 and Dec. 31 2009.
